App Settings & Preferences

We store your in-app settings, including:

• Wait time alerts and notification preferences
• Trip plans and itineraries you create
• Favorite rides and attractions
• Display preferences and app configuration

Some data may be cached locally on your device for offline access.

Notifications

We collect device identifiers (such as push notification tokens) necessary to deliver notifications, Live Activity updates, and wait time alerts.

Diagnostics

We may receive basic crash reports and diagnostic data provided by the operating system to help us identify and fix issues.

Location

If you grant location permission, your location is used only on your device for features such as:

• Weather forecasts for your current location
• Detecting which park you're visiting
• Providing location-aware suggestions

We do not store or transmit your precise location to our servers.

Community Contributions

If you choose to submit wait time reports, we collect:

• The reported wait time and ride information
• Timestamp of the report
• Your username (if you've set one)
• General accuracy metrics to improve data quality

• Local caches remain on your device and can be cleared by reinstalling the app.
• Community wait time reports are retained to improve accuracy metrics but are not linked to your identity after submission.

Your Choices & Rights

Notification & Location Access

You can manage notification permissions and location access at any time through your device's Settings app and within the PixiePal app settings.

Data Access & Deletion

To request access to your data or to request deletion of your account and associated data, please email support@riddlenext.com from the email address associated with your account.

iCloud Sync

If you use iCloud sync, your trips, plans, and favorites are stored in your personal iCloud account. You can manage this data through your iCloud settings.

Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately.

Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including:

• Encryption of data in transit (HTTPS/TLS)
• Secure authentication protocols
